WANTED: little Android Camera Plugin in JAVA

In developing our low budget Geosnapp we encountered a nasty little thing.
The default camera plugin that we use, shows two buttons after taking a picture, to either discard the shot taken or to continue with it:

We just want these buttons to be gone. But for this we need some programming in Java, which is not our expertise (yet :-)).

We have even made a job-description in Elance for this. Basically we want THIS solution as a working Cordova-plugin.
