The photos seems to come from two places: 53th Anti-Aircraft Rocket Brigade base near Kursk city and Kapustin Yar rocket launch site.
@DajeyPetros @RuslanLeviev You forgot to say the last ones dated 2010, since then it seems 3rd battalion was disbanded.

@DajeyPetros Unfortunately we found a lot weren't taken recently and they had a new paint job in 2013, unclear if the numbers changed
